Welcome to DriveME ("DriveME," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "User," or "Job Seeker") and DriveME, governing your access to and use of the DriveME website, mobile applications, and AI-powered career portfolio services (collectively, the "Service" or "Site").
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
DriveME is provided for research, informational, and educational purposes only. The Service generates AI-powered career portfolios, including tailored resumes, cover letters, fit scores, interview preparation materials, and salary recommendations, based on the information you provide (such as your resume and job descriptions).
DriveME does not guarantee, promise, or warrant any specific outcome, including but not limited to obtaining a job, securing an interview, receiving a job offer, achieving a particular salary, passing any employer screening process, being admitted to any college, university, or academic program, or being awarded any scholarship or financial aid. The content generated by DriveME is produced by artificial intelligence models and should be treated as a starting point for your own research, review, and customization.
DriveME is a resource tool only and does not guarantee admission or scholarships. For student and college admissions users, DriveME provides research, planning, and informational resources to support your application process. DriveME does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that any student will be admitted to any school or program, or that any student will receive, qualify for, or be awarded any scholarship, grant, or financial aid. Admissions and scholarship decisions are made solely by the respective institutions and organizations, and DriveME has no influence or control over those decisions.
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all content generated by DriveME before submitting it to any employer or third party. DriveME is not responsible for any decisions made by employers, recruiters, or other third parties based on content generated through the Service.
DriveME is not an employment agency, recruiter, staffing firm, or job placement service. DriveME does not serve as an agent or decision-maker for any employer or job seeker. Nothing in the Service creates an employment, agency, fiduciary, or contractual relationship between you and DriveME or between you and any employer.
DriveME does not guarantee the availability of job postings, the legitimacy of third-party job descriptions you paste into the Service, or the hiring practices of any employer. You acknowledge that job descriptions and employer requirements may change at any time without notice.
The Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning models to generate content ("AI-Generated Content"). AI-Generated Content may include, without limitation, cover letters, tailored resumes, accolades, problem-solution mappings, career alignment summaries, work examples, interview preparation questions, fit scores, salary recommendations, and other career-related materials.
AI-Generated Content is produced based on the inputs you provide and may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information. DriveME does not represent or warrant that any AI-Generated Content is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. You must independently review and verify all AI-Generated Content before use.
DriveME employs truthfulness protocols to avoid fabricating credentials, employment history, or qualifications. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you submit or use from the Service accurately reflects your true experience, education, skills, and qualifications. You agree not to use the Service to generate or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to any employer or third party.

DriveME may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any or no reason, with or without notice.
"User Content" means any data, text, documents (including resumes and job descriptions), images, or other materials you submit, upload, or provide to the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content to DriveME, you grant DriveME a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, process, store, and analyze your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, including generating AI-Generated Content and training or refining our AI models.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any law or the rights of any third party. You agree not to submit content that contains sensitive personal data (such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or medical records) unless necessary for the Service.
DriveME offers tiered subscription plans, including a Free plan, Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, and Pay-Per-Portfolio options. Pricing and features for each plan are displayed on our Pricing page and may change at any time. Paid plans are billed through our third-party payment processor.
By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms associated with that plan. Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are handled at DriveME's sole discretion.
Free plan users are subject to feature restrictions, including limitations on the number of portfolios, visible sections, and the ability to download or copy content. DriveME reserves the right to modify plan features, pricing, and restrictions at any time.
Enterprise License, Single-Use Account Policy. The Enterprise License is granted to an organization for a defined number of named seats, and each seat is intended for a single, named individual user. Creating or maintaining multiple user profiles under a single seat, sharing a single account credential across multiple individuals, or otherwise using one Enterprise seat to generate portfolios or content for multiple users is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Users and organizations found using a single Enterprise account for multiple individuals are subject to immediate account deletion, permanent account blockage, and the imposition of fines, each at DriveME's sole discretion. Organizations are responsible for ensuring that every Enterprise seat is used by only one individual and for promptly notifying DriveME when a seat is reassigned.
The Service, including its design, features, software, branding, and non-User Content materials, is owned by DriveME and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service without DriveME's prior written consent.
AI-Generated Content produced through the Service is provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use in your job search. You may edit, customize, and use AI-Generated Content for your own career purposes.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, job boards, or services that are not owned or controlled by DriveME. DriveME is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. You access third-party sites at your own risk.
Job descriptions and other content you paste into the Service from third-party sources are the responsibility of the original publisher. DriveME does not verify the legitimacy, accuracy, or lawfulness of third-party job postings.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DRIVE ME DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS.
YOU USE THE SERVICE AND ALL AI-GENERATED CONTENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. DRIVE ME DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRIVE ME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
DRIVE ME'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO DRIVE ME IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT DRIVE ME IS A RESEARCH AND EDUCATIONAL RESOURCE TOOL ONLY AND THAT NO EMPLOYMENT-RELATED, ADMISSIONS, OR SCHOLARSHIP-RELATED OUTCOME IS GUARANTEED.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DriveME and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
DriveME may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. DriveME may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 2, 4, 11, 12, and 13) shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DriveME operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and both parties waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and DriveME regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
